GTA 5 leak reveals Rockstar's scrapped Agent Trevor DLC reaching outer space

The files confirm two long-rumored GTA 5 expansions and add a very early look at the map of GTA 6.

A roughly 200 GB cache of Rockstar Games files contains the mission list for a never-released Agent Trevor DLC for GTA 5, with five story arcs that end in outer space and a jetpack mission along the way. YouTuber TJGM made the files public, and Eurogamer reported on them on September 18, 2026. The same leak holds a massively expanded Liberty City and early map renders of GTA 6.

The files trace back to the 2022 breach of Rockstar's systems. The portion now circulating comes to roughly 200 GB and covers several projects Rockstar never announced.

Agent Trevor

The mission list splits into five arcs:

  • CIA
  • Korea
  • Russia
  • Arabia
  • Space

Individual missions include an assault on a submarine base and a jetpack mission at a mountain base. The files also contain a spaceship interior. Steven Ogg had previously described a "James Bond Trevor" DLC. The list matches that description.

Liberty City

The second major find is Liberty City, which Eurogamer describes as massively expanded. It was built as an expansion for GTA 5 and never shipped.

An early GTA 6 map

The leak also includes renders of an early GTA 6 map. Quality is very low, and buildings appear as empty rectangles. Several locations are still identifiable:

  • Airport
  • Stadium
  • Docks
  • Cruise terminal
  • Downtown Vice City

Einordnung

Until now, both the Liberty City expansion and Agent Trevor were rumors, backed mostly by comments like Steven Ogg's. The leak puts actual files behind both. Whether these expansions existed is settled. Why they were cut is not.

The mission list also shows how far Rockstar was willing to push GTA 5's single-player side. A spy storyline that starts with intelligence work and ends in space would have broken sharply with the tone of the main game.

The GTA 6 renders say little about the finished game. They capture an early work-in-progress state, and development has moved far past it. What they do show is that Vice City, with its airport, docks and cruise terminal, was locked in as the setting early on.

None of this is playable. It is development archive material, not content headed for release.

Reports give slightly different figures for the exact size of the leak. The sources do not say when or why Rockstar cut Liberty City and Agent Trevor, and they cite no statement from the studio. Speculation that Liberty City could return as GTA 6 DLC has no support in the leak.
